These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and ok37. They cover account eligibility, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, betting rules, bonus conditions, and the responsible gaming obligations that apply to every member of the platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and ok37 ("ok37", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at ok37.click and all associated subdomains, mobile applications and related services (collectively the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the ok37 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ok37 Platform.

To open and maintain an account on the ok37 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ok37 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending confirmation, and any winnings accumulated during the unverified period may be withheld.
Each eligible person may hold only one active ok37 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, using different devices, or via different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ok37 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Confirmed duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings derived from those accounts, may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your ok37 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ok37 account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. ok37 will never contact you to request your password by phone, live chat, WhatsApp or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ok37 immediately at support@ok37.click and change your password.
ok37 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
ok37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
The minimum deposit amount at ok37 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your ok37 wallet in PKR. ok37 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ok37's control. All funds deposited must be from payment methods owned and registered in your own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active bonus funds attached to your account must be either completed (wagering requirement met) or forfeited. ok37 does not charge withdrawal fees. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Withdrawal timelines may be extended if KYC verification is pending or if a security review is in progress.
All balances, bets, bonuses and transactions on ok37 are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ok37 does not support foreign currency accounts and does not accept or process foreign currency payments. Any transaction initiated in a foreign currency will be declined.
ok37 may request confirmation that the withdrawal destination account is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Any withdrawal found to be directed to an account not belonging to the registered member will be reversed and the funds returned to your ok37 wallet pending further review.
The minimum bet on any market at ok37 is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, league, game type and account tier. VIP members may access higher limits through their tier benefits. ok37 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits at any time and without prior notice for any market or for individual accounts.
ok37 takes reasonable care to ensure that published odds are accurate. However, where an error results in odds being offered that are materially incorrect — for example, odds published significantly below the true market price due to a technical error — ok37 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members. Members are asked not to exploit obvious pricing errors; accounts found to be systematically placing bets on clear pricing errors may be restricted or closed.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the applicable governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). ok37 uses official result sources and, in the case of dispute, official regulatory body records take precedence. Bets on abandoned or postponed events are handled according to the specific sport rules published within the ok37 platform.
In-play (live) betting is subject to a brief acceptance delay to account for continuous odds movement. During this delay, odds may change. If odds change significantly between your bet submission and acceptance, you will be shown the updated odds and given the option to accept or decline the revised offer. ok37 is not responsible for internet or connection delays experienced by the member during live betting.
All casino games and fishing game titles available on ok37 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers. Game outcomes are independent, random and cannot be influenced by previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok37 and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated winnings:
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers at ok37 are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion. These are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your ok37 account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games and time limit for each bonus are stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering progress can be tracked in your account dashboard.
ok37 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a member has taken unfair advantage of a promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to avoid wagering risk, and systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
New ok37 members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per eligible person and once per household. The full terms of the current welcome bonus — including the match percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement and time limit — are published on the registration and promotion pages. ok37 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the stated time limit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. ok37 will not extend bonus validity periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
The ok37 VIP Club provides loyalty benefits to active members across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Diamond Elite. VIP Club membership is automatic and based on loyalty points earned through wagering activity on the ok37 platform.
Loyalty points are earned at a base rate of 1 point per Rs 50 wagered across all eligible games and betting markets. VIP tier multipliers (from 1.25× at Gold to 3× at Diamond Elite) are applied automatically. Points are credited in real time and visible in your account dashboard.
Tier status is determined by points earned in a rolling 90-day window. Members who do not maintain sufficient points to support their current tier will receive 30 days' notice before any tier downgrade. Points balances never expire regardless of activity levels.
Monthly cashback is available from Gold tier upward and is calculated on net losses (total deposits minus total withdrawals) for each calendar month. Cashback is credited to member wallets in PKR by the 3rd of the following month. Cashback for Platinum tier and above carries no wagering requirement. Gold tier cashback terms are stated in the VIP Club section of the platform.
ok37 reserves the right to modify the VIP Club structure, tier thresholds, benefit values and cashback rates at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of material changes. Diamond Elite membership is by invitation only and the invitation can be withdrawn at ok37's discretion.
ok37 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended to be entertainment. If it stops being that, ok37 has the tools to help.
If you choose to self-exclude from ok37, your account will be restricted from deposits and play for the duration of the exclusion period. ok37 will make reasonable efforts to prevent excluded members from accessing the platform. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion — including by opening a new account — is a breach of these Terms. ok37 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a member circumventing a self-exclusion they themselves requested.
ok37 prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. We strongly encourage members who share devices with minors to use appropriate parental control software to prevent access to ok37 and similar platforms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ok37 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals and forfeit the account balance pending investigation. Members who believe a closure decision was made in error may submit a formal complaint to support@ok37.click.
All content on the ok37 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game assets, odds data and databases — is owned by or licensed to ok37 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ok37 Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the ok37 Platform without prior written permission from ok37. Scraping or automated extraction of odds data, game results or other content is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok37 excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services. ok37 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
ok37's total liability to any member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim. ok37 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms limits ok37's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by ok37's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ok37 collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes account registration information, transaction records, betting history and communication records. The full details of how ok37 handles your personal data, your rights as a data subject, and how to contact ok37 about data matters are set out in the ok37 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By registering at ok37 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ok37 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
ok37 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ok37 will provide members with reasonable advance notice — typically not less than 7 days — via email to the address registered on the account, or via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the ok37 Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ok37 is committed to resolving member disputes fairly and transparently.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the ok37 Platform or these Terms, you should first contact our support team at support@ok37.click, setting out the details of your complaint clearly. ok37 will acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with ok37's handling of your complaint, you may escalate through any applicable regulatory process available in your jurisdiction.
